My first granny square.

It’s nothing special, but I finally learned how to make granny squares! After getting frustrated with written directions, a little help from Holly made all the difference. I am planning a small granny square blanket out of Rowan Handknit Cotton for the new little one.

Someone should have warned me how addictive these things are . . . worse than Reeses Peanut Butter Cups!

That is what I am trying to fill my life with- crafty stuff that is more addictive than food. It must be working, because I was so busy cutting out fabric squares that I forgot I had brownies in the oven and overcooked them by about an hour. lol
